Our Story

JPD Solar Solutions has been created by two very well known, reputable electrical companies in Witney Oxfordshire.

J.C Electrical Services and Howse & O'Reilly (Witney) Ltd Electrical Contractors, have combined to form JPD Solar Solutions Ltd.

Between us, we have over 40 years experience in the electrical trade as well as being good friends.

We are very passionate about what we do and because we share the same work ethos, it seemed an obvious choice to combine our vast skills and knowledge to form what is quickly becoming a popular option for many seeking lower energy costs.

We now work together and offer a fully insured service to provide our customers with a complete solar system to your property with the inclusion of battery storage to enhance every bit of electricity generated .

What we offer

A personal service

We pride ourselves on friendly customer relations, where part of our job is to get to know you, so we are able to cater to your needs for each project we undertake from start to finish. We are not trying to sell our customers a product, we are providing a service that most suits you.

Materiels

We use a range of materials, we source the products we use through our local wholesalers and every bit of material is MCS approved.
We work out the size of system we are installing and all the components involved including panels, batteries, inverter, mounting type and all ac electrical parts before making a decision of what product to go with.
All of this is then presented to you before any work is carried out.

Roofing and Scaffolding

We understand that roofing is a critical part of the job and depending on the type of system used (inlay or rail,) we complete the whole thing. For an inlay system we use a local company that can follow us and tile it all in or if it's a rail system we do not need to get a roofer involved .

We also have a close friend that we use to provide scaffolding when needed who is friendly and reliable .

JPD Solar Solutions Ltd. is a registered and fully certified company and members of the following bodies:

MCS Certified
RECC (Renewable Energy Consumer Code)
NICEIC registered
iwa (Deposit & Guarantee Protection)
All domestic installs are exempt from vat
The whole process is contractual meaning your money is protected at all times

Electrical works

We offer everything you need to get your solar system providing electricity to your property. We will complete your roof install and site your batteries and solar inverter at an agreed location.

You can see a typical set up within our pictures. We always go that extra mile to route your cables and install your components in the neatest way possible.

Handover and Aftercare

Once your solar system is fully functional we will provide you with all the paper work you need from electrical certification to MCS certificates to inform your supplier and then be in a position to sell any excess energy you generate back to the grid. We will also supply you with an insurance backed guarantee so you are completely protected.

you will then receive a link to download an app so you can see exactly how much energy you are generating and how it is being used.
